Wonderful Herend Candlesticks

Actually there seems to be a debate about this Herend model, made between 1900 and 1950 - dolphin or koi carp?  Koi carp are also known as Chinese dolphins so perhaps that is exactly what they are and either way they have a slighly mad look about them.  They have some very small chips - we can send photos but this rust colour looks stunning on a table in the candlelight and they are unusual and fun. If you look on ebay you will find some of the other colours they were made in and can see that these ones are competitively priced.
