A charming Autumnal picture

accepting that it is not winter!!

An evocative and charming Bryan Conway signed watercolour, 52.7 x 34.2, framed and glazed. This looks to us like the present for any occasion and perhaps especially for an Autumn birthday or better and more lasting than the flowers and chocolates for a seasonal stay with friends. The painting seems to be perfectly typical of this artist's highly illustrative work but we have been quite unable to track down him or any details of his life other than a handful of further equally delightfully detailed paintings of countryside scenes.
