The eleven framed pages, including title page of The Girl Who Wouldn't Mind Getting Married by Harry Parkes, probably from the first edition of 1887 which lacked a publisher's and the author's name. We are not very keen on breaking up old books as a rule but these pages cried out for framing and hanging on a wall where they would best and most easily be enjoyed as fragile book pages began to suffer from use.  They have been framed as a set by QED Framing and we think the Victorian humour still strikes an entertaining chord.
